The Public Institution "Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring Unit of the Health System Projects" (PCIMU) is currently implementing the HIV/AIDS/STI Project, financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services for Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Prevention of HIV infection among KAPs within the HIV Grant 2018-2020.

The Consultant will be responsible for overall coordination of all issues related to Program monitoring and evaluation in cooperation with the M&E specialist of the Public Medico-Sanitary Institution Hospital for Dermatological and Communicable Diseases.

The PCIMU now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must indicate their qualifications to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc.) and provide information attesting to their compliance with the qualification requirements described in the ToR referred to below.

The Consultants are hereby invited to submit their updated CV and motivation letter. Please note that the PCIMU is not bound to accept any of the CVs.

The selection of consultants will be carried out in accordance with procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (Revised July 2014).

The consultant shall perform the assignment, on a full-time basis, starting with December 2017.

PCIMU will select a consultant on the basis of comparison of consultant’s qualifications for the assignment and conformity with the TOR’s requirements.
